We've intentionally designed our salon experience to completely eliminate the chaos and anxiety of traditional grooming shops. Here is how we do things differently:
- 100% Cage-Free & Individual Appointments: Each employee only has one dog in their care at a time. Because we host only one dog per person at a time, there are no noisy kennel areas, excessive waiting, and no cage dryers. Your dog is groomed straight through from start to finish, drastically minimizing the duration of their stay.
- A Commitment to Continued Education: The grooming industry is always evolving, and so are we. We pride ourselves on constantly upgrading our skills, studying the latest in skin and coat science, canine anatomy, and gentle handling techniques. In such an unregulated industry, we strive to set a standard for the industry. We don't just follow trends- we practice science-backed care. Afterall, its about more than just a haircut. From evaluating skin health and coat integrity to understanding your dog's unique behavioral boundaries, we look at the whole picture.
EnChanted Paw is owned and operated by Justin Chant, who has been in the industry for over 20 years. Over the years, Justin has been a firm believer that dog grooming is more than just cutting hair. Through his membership with the International Association of Professional Esthetic Groomers (IAPEG), Justin has studied topics ranging from the anatomy and physiology of the canine skin & coat to canine behaviour and body language. This not only helps produce higher quality haircuts by understanding how the products that we use interact with the skin and coat, but also helps in the maintenance of a happier and healthier pet.
